We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Software Implementation Specialist to manage software implementations while serving as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong account management abilities, and the capability to build lasting client relationships throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end software implementation projects for new customers.
- Gather and document customer business requirements.
- Configure software based on customer needs and implementation plans.
- Coordinate implementation timelines and project milestones.
- Conduct product demonstrations and user training sessions.
- Perform system testing and validate configurations before go-live.
- Troubleshoot implementation issues and coordinate resolutions with technical teams.
- Provide implementation documentation and user guides.




- Support customers during go-live and post-implementation stabilization.
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure successful adoption.

Qualifications
- BCA, B.Com, M.Com, BBA, MBA, or an equivalent degree.
- Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates with up to 2 years of experience in Software Implementation, Customer Success, Account Management,

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
