*Job Description – Ad Sales Manager*

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and onboard new advertisers, brands, and media agencies across global markets.
- Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation, closure, and account handover.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with advertisers, agencies, and strategic partners to drive long-term revenue growth.
- Expand existing accounts by identifying upselling, cross-selling, and partnership opportunities.
- Negotiate commercial terms, campaign pricing, and partnership agreements to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with Account Management, Operations, and Campaign teams to ensure successful campaign execution and client satisfaction.
- Analyze campaign performance and recommend optimization opportunities to improve advertiser retention and spend.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the Affiliate, Performance Marketing,



and Mobile Advertising ecosystem.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to build strategic relationships and generate new business opportunities.

Experience Required:
- 3+ years of experience in Ad Sales, Affiliate Marketing, Mobile Advertising, or User Acquisition.
- Proven experience acquiring and managing direct advertisers and media agencies.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving revenue targets and driving business growth.
- Experience working with CPI, CPA, CPL, CPT or ROAS campaigns and other performance marketing metrics

Skills Required:
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign and revenue data.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and forecasting.
