Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced IT HR Recruiter to identify, attract, and hire top

technology talent. The ideal candidate will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, collaborate

with hiring managers, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

What You'll Do:

• Source and identify candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media





• Screen and evaluate candidate profiles

• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients

• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers

• Build robust relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process

• Support end-to-end recruitment activities

Requirements:

• 5+ years of technical recruitment experience

• Excellent communication skills

• Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition

• Basic understanding of IT/technical roles is a plus
