Key Responsibilities

✅ Plan, monitor, and control project schedules from order receipt to installation and commissioning.

✅ Coordinate with Design, Purchase, Production, Sales, Installation teams, and Customers for smooth project execution.

✅ Monitor dispatch schedules, customer clearances, and site readiness to ensure timely deliveries.

✅ Track installation progress, coordinate handovers, and maintain installation databases in ERP.

✅ Prepare weekly project status reports, MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations.

✅ Review pending customer orders, identify delays, and drive corrective actions.





✅ Participate in project kick-off meetings and develop delivery timelines.

✅ Analyze manufacturing throughput time and implement process improvements.

Required Qualifications

Education
- BE / Diploma in Mechanical or Production Engineering

Experience
- 6–7 years of experience in Project Planning & Control within Engineering, Manufacturing, or Industrial Projects.

Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of Project Planning, Procurement & Manufacturing Processes
- Experience in Project Scheduling & Monitoring
- ERP knowledge
- Excellent communication and customer coordination skills
- Robust analytical and reporting abilities
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of Fabrication and Assembly Processes
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting
