Job Overview:
The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. This role involves regular travel with the sales team to gather information directly from clients, understand market needs, and implement solutions that enhance sales performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis and Reporting:
Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to sales performance, market trends, and customer behavior.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure progress against goals.
Process Improvement:

Evaluate existing business processes and identify areas for enhancement.
Recommend and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of improvements.
Sales Support:

Travel with the sales team to meet clients, understand their needs,



and provide on-the-ground support.
Assist in the development of sales strategies and tactics based on client feedback and market analysis.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and provide recommendations to optimize sales efforts.
Client Interaction:

Gather and document client requirements and business needs.
Provide insights and solutions to address client challenges and enhance customer satisfaction.
Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
Project Management:

Assist in managing projects related to sales and business development.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Coordinate with various departments to support project objectives and deliverables.
