About the Role
Arabian Aroma is looking for a highly motivated, performance-oriented, and experienced Senior E-commerce Executive to manage and optimize our online sales operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in both e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms, possess excellent execution skills, and be capable of working in a fast-paced environment where speed, accuracy, and efficiency are critical.
This role requires someone who can independently manage daily marketplace operations, coordinate with multiple teams, analyze sales performance, and ensure seamless order fulfillment while driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end operations across e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms.
- Handle product listings, catalog management,
pricing updates, and inventory synchronization.
- Ensure timely processing, fulfillment, and dispatch of customer orders.
- Manage and optimize operations on platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, and other online marketplaces.
- Monitor product availability, stock levels, and pricing accuracy across all channels.
- Plan, execute, and monitor promotional campaigns, offers, and seasonal sales activities.
- Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, production, customer support, and marketing teams for smooth daily operations.
- Analyze sales reports, platform performance, and customer trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Resolve listing issues, inventory discrepancies, order-related concerns, and platform escalations promptly.
- Maintain marketplace compliance and ensure adherence to platform policies and service level agreements (SLAs).
