Role Description:
The Mystery Shopper role at UpperCrust Ahmedabad involves visiting designated restaurant and bakery locations on-site in Ahmedabad and evaluating the overall customer experience. On a typical day, the Mystery Shopper observes service quality, staff behaviour, cleanliness, product presentation, and adherence to company standards while posing as a regular customer. After each visit, the Mystery Shopper completes detailed reports, provides objective feedback, and shares insights that help improve operations and customer satisfaction.
This is an on-site role, and work schedules may vary based on assigned visits and business needs.
Qualifications
- Strong observation and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to notice subtle aspects of service, hygiene, and product quality.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills to produce accurate, structured visit reports and share feedback with management.
