Job Description:
We’re currently seeking a dynamic & self-motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our US IT & Engineering Recruitment Team to help us source, identify, screen, and hire candidates for various roles for our clients across North America.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, two or three years of experience in talent acquisition, proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), Boolean & X-ray search, and an ability to devise sourcing strategies for potential applicants. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills for working closely with our Client Partners, candidates & vendor partners.
Required Skills Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a talent acquisition or similar role for North America geography.
- Work closely with the Cloudious Client Partner to understand the job requirements, key attributes to achieve the staffing goals.
- Nurture candidate relationships, ensure timely communication, and maintain a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
- Work on contract, contract-to-hire, and full time positions for US clients.
