Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage the construction, fit-out, and handover of retail outlets from design to completion.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and reports for clients.
Job Requirements :
- 7-14 years of experience in retail project management or a related field.
- Proven track record in managing multiple retail projects simultaneously.
- Solid understanding of civil engineering principles and building codes.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
