We are looking for a agile and client-focused professional who can manage both sales activities and client relationship management for our fitness app business. The ideal candidate should be experienced in converting leads, handling client communication, and efficiently managing CRM tools to ensure smooth onboarding, retention, and customer satisfaction.
This role requires strong communication skills, sales expertise, and the ability to maintain long-term relationships with clients while coordinating internally with the operations and support teams.
Key Responsibilities Sales Responsibilities
- Generate and convert leads for the fitness app through calls, emails, demos, and follow-ups.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable fitness app solutions/packages.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct product presentations and app demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Negotiate pricing and close deals effectively.
Client Relationship & CRM Management
- Manage client onboarding and ensure smooth account setup.
- Handle daily communication with clients regarding queries, updates, and support coordination.
- Maintain accurate client records, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Track customer engagement, renewals, and retention activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues promptly.
- Generate reports and insights using CRM tools for management review.
- Maintain strong long-term relationships with clients to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
