Position Overview The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for leading, coaching, and developing an inside sales team to achieve revenue targets, grow customer accounts, and support overall business objectives. This role involves managing day-to-day sales operations, developing strategies to increase conversion, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring exceptional customer engagement throughout the sales cycle. Key Responsibilities 1. Team Leadership & Management Train and mentor inside sales representatives. Set daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets. Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and team meetings. Foster a high-energy, goal-oriented, and customer-focused team culture. 2. Sales Strategy & Execution Develop and implement inside sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion. Create and optimize sales scripts, workflows, and outreach methods. Coordinate with marketing to align lead generation and nurturing activities. 3.



Pipeline & Performance Management Monitor team KPIs such as lead conversion rate, call volume, pipeline health, and revenue performance. Track and analyze sales metrics to identify trends and improvement areas. Maintain accurate forecasts and reports using CRM tools Ensure the team follows standardized sales processes and documentation. 4. Customer Relationship Management Support escalations from team members to ensure customer satisfaction. Build and maintain robust customer relationships, especially with key accounts. Oversee the timely handling of incoming inquiries, opportunities, and customer follow-ups. 5. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with marketing, product, finance, and customer success teams.
