Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for Contract-to-Hire (C2H) positions. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in sourcing and screening IT professionals and should be comfortable working on multiple technical requirements simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for C2H IT positions.
- Understand job requirements and source suitable candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and salary expectations.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and clients/hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage offer negotiations, documentation, joining formalities, and onboarding.
- Maintain regular updates in recruitment trackers and ATS.
- Ensure timely submission of quality profiles against assigned requirements.




- Maintain strong relationships with candidates and ensure smooth conversion from contract to permanent employment.
- Achieve individual recruitment targets and maintain a healthy candidate pipeline.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Hands-on experience in recruiting for technical roles such as:
- Java / .NET
- Python
- DevOps / Cloud
- Data Engineering / Data Science
- QA / Automation Testing
- SAP / ERP
- Business Analyst / Project Manager
- Other IT and niche technical positions
- Experience in C2H / Contract Staffing recruitment will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
