Altrus AI is growing, and we're looking for a
QA Lead
to join our Hyderabad office right away.

If you love owning quality end-to-end, driving test strategy, and mentoring a team, let's talk.

What you'll do:
- Lead and own the QA function across our product delivery
- Define test strategy, plans, and processes (manual + automation)
- Drive quality standards, coverage, and release readiness
- Mentor and guide QA team members
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and business teams

What we're looking for:
- ~3–4 years of QA experience, including some in a lead/senior capacity
- Strong grasp of QA methodologies, test planning, and defect management




- BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) domain experience preferred
- Hands-on experience with
Unqork or other low-code/no-code platforms is a strong bonus
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
