Job Responsibilities:

1. Plan and execute offline marketing and experiential activation campaigns across multiple locations.

2. Drive on-ground brand engagement through test ride camps, dealership launch events, college activations, mall displays, and city ride events.

3. Create direct consumer interaction opportunities to strengthen brand awareness and accelerate purchase decisions.

4. Manage dealership experience initiatives to improve customer engagement and footfall.

5. Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal stakeholders for seamless event execution.

6. Handle end-to-end event logistics, branding setup, permissions, and operational planning.

7. Monitor activation performance and prepare post-event reports, insights, and ROI analysis.

8. Ensure consistent brand visibility and communication across all offline touchpoints.

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align activation activities with business objectives and lead generation goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. 78 years of experience in BTL Marketing, Offline Activations, Events, or Experiential Marketing.

2. Strong expertise in planning and executing large-scale on-ground campaigns and activations.

3. Experience in vendor management, event logistics, and stakeholder coordination.

4. Excellent project management and execution capabilities.

5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Ability to manage multiple campaigns and events simultaneously in a quick-paced environment.

Preferred Background

1. Prior experience in Automotive, EV, Mobility, Retail, or Consumer-facing industries preferred.

2. Exposure to dealership marketing and experiential campaigns will be an added advantage.
