The Role

This is not a caretaker role. You'll own CloudFuze Manage revenue end-to-end — build the GTM motion, close the first wave of enterprise deals yourself, then hire and scale a team around what works. You report directly to leadership and have full ownership of the number.

What You'll Do
- Own the revenue target for CloudFuze Manage — from first dollar to scaled pipeline
- Sell hands-on in the early phase: prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close enterprise deals with North American buyers
- Build the playbook — ICP, messaging, pricing conversations, sales process — from scratch
- Hire, train,



and manage a team of AEs/SDRs as revenue scales
- Run pipeline discipline in HubSpot: forecasting, deal reviews, conversion metrics
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, pre-sales, and product to sharpen positioning
- Report revenue performance and forecasts directly to the CEO

What We Need
- 8–12 years in SaaS sales, with 3+ years managing quota-carrying teams
- Proven track record selling SaaS products to
North American enterprise and mid-market buyers
— this is non-negotiable
- Experience taking a product from zero or early revenue to scale (0→1 or 1→10 stage)
- Robust hunter DNA — comfortable carrying a personal quota while building the team
- Domain exposure to SaaS management, ITAM, cloud, or adjacent categories.
- Willing to work aligned to US time zones
- Fluent, confident communicator who can hold the room with US CIOs and IT leaders
