We are looking for an experienced
Procurement Manager
to manage end-to-end procurement activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong vendor management and negotiation skills, along with a sound understanding of procurement, commercial processes, and
accounting principles
to ensure smooth coordination with the finance team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage procurement of construction materials and services.
- Find, onboard, and maintain vendors with proper documentation.
- Negotiate prices and finalize purchase orders and contracts.
- Prepare RFQs, RFPs, and vendor comparison sheets.
- Coordinate with project, accounts, finance,
and legal teams.
- Ensure timely delivery, quality, and cost control.
- Check vendor invoices and payment-related documents with the Accounts team.
Requirements
- 4–5 years of procurement experience in the Real Estate/Construction industry.
- Positive knowledge of construction materials and procurement processes.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Experience with vendor documentation and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of Accounts/Accounting
(purchase orders, invoices, payment process, GST, etc.) and the ability to handle the Accounts.
- Good communication and MS Excel skills.
