Role Description
The Java Technical Lead will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of Java-based applications and services. This full-time hybrid role is based in the Greater Bengaluru Area, with a mix of in office collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding a development team, reviewing code, defining technical architectures,



and ensuring best practices in software development. The role involves working with Jakarta EE and microservices frameworks, applying design patterns, optimizing application performance, and participating in technical planning and estimation. The Java Technical Lead will collaborate closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and other technical teams to deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Software Development and Programming, with hands-on experience in Java-based enterprise applications.
- Practical expertise in Jakarta EE and related Java frameworks for building robust server-side solutions.
