We are seeking an experienced and results-driven
Land Acquisition Manager
to lead end-to-end land acquisition initiatives for strategic development projects. This role is ideal for a professional with extensive expertise in land acquisition, due diligence, regulatory compliance, stakeholder management, and negotiations within the real estate or infrastructure sector.

As a Land Acquisition Manager, you will identify suitable land opportunities, manage acquisition processes, coordinate with government authorities and internal stakeholders, and ensure legal and regulatory compliance throughout the transaction lifecycle. You will play a critical role in supporting business expansion by securing high-potential land parcels while minimizing legal and commercial risks.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and acquire suitable land parcels based on business objectives,



project feasibility, and development requirements
- Lead end-to-end land acquisition activities, including negotiations with landowners, brokers, consultants, and other key stakeholders
- Conduct preliminary due diligence, including title verification, ownership validation, encumbrance checks, and legal risk assessment
- Review and interpret land-related documents such as RTC/Pahani, Mutation Records, Survey Records, Encumbrance Certificates, and other statutory records
- Evaluate land suitability by analyzing Comprehensive Development Plans (CDP), Master Plans, zoning regulations, and applicable development norms
- Ensure compliance with land acquisition laws, statutory regulations, zoning requirements, and registration procedures
- Coordinate with government departments, revenue authorities, survey officials, registration offices, and local bodies to obtain approvals and complete documentation
