As our India business continues to grow, we are establishing Procurement as a strategic capability within our India Centre of Excellence.
Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Consultant to help establish and grow our Procurement capability in India.
This is a leadership role combining consulting delivery, practice development, business growth and team leadership. Working closely with Partners and procurement leaders across our global offices, you will deliver strategic procurement engagements, build and mentor a high-performing team, establish scalable managed service capabilities and help shape the future of Procurement within Argon & Co India.

What you will do
*Client delivery*
- Lead consulting engagements across sourcing, category management and procurement transformation
- Advise clients on procurement strategy, operating models, governance and commercial decision-making
- Support procurement transformation programmes from strategy through implementation
- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders across multiple industries
*Procurement managed services*
- Establish and grow Argon & Co's Procurement Hub capability, delivering scalable procurement managed services for global clients
- Provide governance, quality assurance and delivery leadership across managed service engagements
- Oversee sourcing activities including RFx strategy, bid evaluation,
