About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Associate to join our interior design and fit-out projects team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about expanding our client base, nurturing relationships, and driving project opportunities in the commercial and residential interior sector.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue recent business opportunities in interior design and build turnkey fit-outs.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring clear communication and trust.
- Collaborate with design and project management teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and 3D visualization pitches.
- Track industry trends, competitor activities,



and real estate developments to inform strategy.
- Achieve business development targets and contribute to long-term growth.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relations (experience in interiors, real estate, or construction preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand design concepts and articulate them to clients.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
