Key Responsibilities
- Review and report Histopathology, Cytology, and Hematology cases
- Validate laboratory reports and ensure diagnostic accuracy
- Supervise laboratory quality control and NABL/NABH compliance
- Guide laboratory technicians and ensure adherence to SOPs
- Provide clinical correlation and consultation to referring clinicians
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting standards
- Ensure quality assurance and patient safety protocols are followed
