Project Manager (Functional) shall be responsible for managing business processes, functional configuration, and user adoption aspects of the project across all phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of Operations & Maintenance (O&M;) deliverables.

Qualification : B.Tech/ BE/MCA with MBA

Certification: Prince2/PMP

Min. Experience (in Yrs) : 15+ yrs

Key Responsibilities-

1. Functional Ownership & Process Management
- Oversee functional process mapping, module configuration, and Customer onboarding activities.
- Ensure alignment of project functionalities with Customer operational workflows and business needs.

2. Requirements & Solution Implementation
- Ensure business requirements are accurately gathered, analysed, and translated into functional specifications.
- Ensure effective implementation of approved requirements within project.

3. Stakeholder Coordination
- Facilitate requirement gathering workshops, gap analysis, UAT planning and execution, and end-user training.




- Coordinate closely with the Customer, and internal project teams to ensure smooth execution and business continuity.

4. Issue & Change Management
- Monitor functional issue logs and ensure timely resolution through coordination with the technical team.
- Manage change requests, enhancements, and module-wise rollouts in line with approved governance and change control processes.

5. Quality Assurance & Reviews
- Conduct periodic functional reviews, stakeholder meetings, and status updates.
- Ensure adherence to agreed SLAs, service quality standards, and functional KPIs.

6. Documentation & Knowledge Management
- Prepare, maintain, and update all functional documentation including:

i. Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)

ii. Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

iii. Test cases and UAT documentation

iv. Training manuals and user guides

7. User Adoption & Training
- Ensure effective user adoption through structured traini
