About the Role

We are seeking a Client Reporting Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for reporting requests, managing intake, triage, clarification, prioritization, and stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who can confidently interact with business users and clients, act as a liaison between stakeholders and the BI team, and ensure requests are clearly understood and efficiently routed.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the intake, triage, clarification, and prioritization of reporting requests through ticketing platforms.

• Review incoming requests daily, identify priorities, and collaborate with the BI team during stand-ups.

• Analyze request complexity and either resolve straightforward requests or assign them with complete context.

• Maintain response SLAs and proactively communicate timelines and updates.





• Ask insightful questions to uncover true business needs and document complete requirements.

• Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and act as a trusted liaison.

• Manage multiple requests while remaining organized during high-volume periods.

• Identify recurring reporting trends and provide insights to improve reporting processes and roadmap.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with ticketing systems such as Jira, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Azure DevOps, or Monday.com.

• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong client-facing confidence.

• Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and coordinate across teams.

• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to prioritize multiple concurrent requests in a fast-paced environment.

• Proactive, service-oriented mindset with solid organizational skills.
