Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage daily production activities to achieve production targets.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and manufacturing processes.
- Maintain production records and prepare daily production reports.
- Coordinate with the Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments for smooth operations.
- Identify process improvements to increase productivity and reduce downtime.
- Follow 5S, Kaizen, and safety standards on the shop floor.
- Support machine setup, troubleshooting, and process optimization.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 0-1 year of experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality tools, and production planning.
- Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
