About The Role
We’re a quick-growing, founder-led business that designs and manufactures products for international markets. The company has expanded quickly, and now we’re ready for a dedicated Compliance Officer to step in, take ownership, and help us build a world‑class compliance function.

If you’re a “paperwork animal” (in the best possible way) who enjoys structure,



documentation, and getting things done, this role is for you.

You won’t just be maintaining a system - you’ll be creating it, improving it, and turning a reactive, “firefighting” environment into a proactive, well-structured compliance engine.

Key Responsibilities
As our Compliance Officer, you will:
- Own product compliance for multiple markets, including Europe, the UK, the US and others as we grow.
- Prepare and review:
- Product labels and packaging information
- Carton markings
- Technical files and declarations
- Coordinate testing and certifications with manufacturers and accredited laboratories:
- Define test requirements
- Ensure the right tests are run and completed on time
- Work closely with suppliers to obtain:
- Regulatory documents
- Test reports
- Certificates and declarations
- Keep us up to date by monitoring regulatory changes and advising the business on what needs to b
