Role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead with 10–15 years of experience to lead engineering teams and deliver high-quality software projects. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise and the ability to work directly with international clients.

Requirements
- 0–15 years of software development experience.




- Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and React.js.
- Good experience with AWS Cloud and scalable application architecture.
- Experience leading technical teams and managing software projects.
- Ability to coordinate with clients, understand business requirements, and drive project delivery.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, databases, Git, and up-to-date development practices.
- Experience with AI/LLMs/Agentic AI technologies will be a strong advantage.
