We are expanding our footprints and looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and passionate Business Development Executive to drive our B2B and institutional sales channels. If you have a strong network in the food service industry and a hunger for growth, we want you on our team

Key Responsibilities:
- B2B & HoReCa Acquisition: Identify, pitch, and onboard premium Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes, and Catering chains for our Non-Veg Ready-to-Cook range.
- Contemporary Trade & Q-Commerce Listing:



Drive tie-ups and list our product portfolio with Modern Trade outlets (Supermarkets like Reliance Fresh, Le Marche, Nature's Basket, etc.) and Quick Commerce platforms (Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart).
- Bulk Order Generation: Negotiate commercial terms, secure bulk recurring orders, and consistently achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with Chefs, Purchase Managers, and Category Leads to ensure smooth operations and repeat business.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and emerging market trends in the Ready-to-Cook and frozen food segments.

Requirements & Key Skills:
- Experience: 1 to 4 years of proven experience in FMCG Food Sales, Institutional Sales, or HoReCa channels. (Experience in the Meat, Poultry, or Frozen/RTC food industry is a big plus).
- Network: Pre-existing relationships or network with B2B purchase managers, restaurant owners, or supermarket category mana
