Job Responsibilities
Technical Responsibilities:
- Engineering of EHV Switchyard/Sub-Stations and Transmission Line.
- Charging and Commissioning of line and substation
- Evaluation and Checking of Equipment drawings and GTP as per project requirements.
- Technical understanding of Power-related Equipment and accessories.
EPC Lifecycle Management
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of EPC projects, including handover and delivery of project.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with timelines and budgets.
- Implement risk management strategies to anticipate and mitigate project challenges.
- Drive innovation and adopt best practices to enhance project efficiency and quality.
- Conducting all business in strict compliance with corporate policies and applicable regulations.
Government Liaison And Stakeholder Management
- Build and sustain robust relationships with government officials, and regulatory bodies.
- Secure necessary clearances, approvals, and partnerships for project success.
- Represent the organization in high-stakes negotiations and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks.
- Engaging in high-level negotiation, proposals or conflict resolution with client.
Leadership And Team Development
- Recruit, develop, and lead a multi-disciplinary team to execute high-impact projects.
- Inspire and mentor team members, foster a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Promote accountability and ownership within the team, ensuring project success.
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Monitor and analyze project performance, preparing detailed reports and actionable insights.
- Use data to refine strategies, address challenges, and enhance
