Job Purpose:

To support research and innovation in product and process development at AquAgri by assisting in laboratory experiments, pilot-scale trials, and cooperative projects. The role focuses on developing sustainable products such as biostimulants, carrageenan and eco-friendly materials, while ensuring regulatory compliance, quality standards, and effective scale-up from lab to production.

Job Profile:
- *Assist* *in developing new formulations of* *biostimulants, fertilizers, and food additives (carrageenan) as per FCO 1985, FSSAI, and AOAC guidelines.*
- *Perform lab* *experiments and support QCQA in cross-validation with NABL-certified labs.*
- *Maintain detailed R&D; logbooks, project reports, and trial data.*
- *Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (FSSAI, DGFT, Customs, etc.) for product development and raw material import.*
- *Prepare documents for certifications (NABL, ZED, OMRI/Ecocert, etc.).*
- *Collaborate with QCQA, Purchase, and Stores teams for procurement, analysis, and vendor development.*




- *Provide technical input for strategic reviews and annual progress reports.*
- *Support management in presentations, client demos, and technical discussions.*

Desired Candidate Profile
- Education: M.Sc. / M.Tech in Biotechnology, Chemistry, Food Technology, Polymer Science, Agricultural Sciences, or related discipline.
- Hands-on experience with analytical instruments such as:
- HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography)
- AAS (Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy)
- UV-Vis Spectroscopy
- Flame Photometry
- Knowledge of sample preparation, calibration, and data analysis.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards (FCO 1985, FSSAI, AOAC methods).
- Understanding of biostimulants, fertilizers, carrageenan, polymers, and sustainable materials.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good documentation and report-writing ability.
- Willingness to work in pilot plant trials, process optimization, and scale-up activities.
- Proficient in spoke
