Role Description
The Human Resources Manager will play a key role in shaping and supporting people practices within TechKnowSkola’s EdTech environment. This full-time, on-site position in Najafgarh involves overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with leadership to understand workforce needs,



developing and implementing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations. The HR Manager will handle employee relations, manage HR documentation and HRIS data, coordinate learning and development initiatives, and support a diverse, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture aligned with the company’s educational mission.
