Your work profile

Lead design, development, and configuration of ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions, including Demand, Project, Portfolio, Resource, Financial Planning, Time card, Agile Development modules.

Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into scalable ServiceNow SPM technical solutions.





Develop and customize workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, Flow Designer automations, and Script Includes to support portfolio and project management processes.

Implement end to end demand intake, approval, and project lifecycle workflows

Configure project templates, task structures, schedules, and milestones

Design and maintain portfolio structures, roadmaps, and investment plans

Configure financial plans, cost tracking, budgets, and advantages

Enable prioritization and scoring models aligned with business strategy

Build dashboards, reports, and scorecards for portfolio health, capacity, and financials

Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and cross-functional teams to understand functional requirements and define technical design impacts and dependencies.

Build and support integrations between ServiceNow SPM and enterprise applications such as ITSM, CMDB, ERP,
