Our Team

You will be part of the Global Innovation & Development (GID) Test Laboratory at Phillips-Medisize, a Molex company, working alongside design engineers, senior test engineers, and cross-functional teams to verify the performance, reliability, and quality of medical devices. What You Will Do
- Execute product verification tests in accordance with approved test methods, protocols, and standardized procedures.




- Record, analyze, and document test results while maintaining accurate technical documentation.
- Support laboratory equipment maintenance, calibration coordination, and overall laboratory readiness.
- Assist in building and maintaining test fixtures and assemblies in collaboration with design engineers.
- Coordinate laboratory logistics, including material planning and test sample management.
- Ensure compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP), internal procedures, and quality requirements.
- Identify and report quality or compliance concerns and support corrective and preventive actions.
- Recommend continuous improvements to laboratory processes, testing methods, and documentation practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support successful Design Verification activities for medical devices.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical
