Job Summary

Lucknow Builders is looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and passionate Interior Designer with a minimum of 1 year of professional experience in residential and commercial interior design. The ideal candidate should possess robust design, space planning, visualization, and project coordination skills, along with the ability to transform client requirements into practical and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces.

The Interior Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing interior design projects, preparing layouts and 3D visualizations, selecting materials and finishes, coordinating with clients, vendors, contractors, and site teams, and ensuring projects are completed within the approved timeline and budget.





Key ResponsibilitiesInterior Design & Space Planning
- Develop creative and functional interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare space planning layouts according to client requirements.
- Create mood boards, design concepts, and material presentations.
- Ensure efficient utilization of available space while maintaining aesthetics and functionality.

Design Development
- Prepare 2D layouts, working drawings, and detailed design plans.
- Create 3D models and realistic visualizations for client presentations.
- Prepare furniture layouts, false ceiling plans, electrical layouts, and elevation drawings.
- Modify designs based on client feedback and project requirements.

Client Coordination
- Meet clients to understand their design preferences, requirements, and budget.
- Present design concepts, material samples, and layouts professionally.
