We are expanding our presence in IT hiring and are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Recruiter to support our recruitment efforts across various IT domains. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, have strong communication skills, and be interested in building a career in recruitment and talent acquisition.

The role involves supporting hiring activities, collaborating with internal teams, and helping identify the right talent to meet business requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Work closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand their hiring requirements.
• Assist in identifying talent requirements and help plan sourcing strategies to attract suitable candidates.




• Source potential candidates through various platforms such as job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process including screening, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.
• Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Support the recruitment team in achieving hiring targets and maintaining quality service delivery.
• Track recruitment activities and maintain candidate data in recruitment systems.
• Ensure a positive experience for candidates during the hiring process.
