Role Overview

The Head of Training Operations & Business Growth will be responsible for running the day-to-day operations of EDWARTENS India. This is a senior leadership role requiring complete ownership of admissions, training coordination, placements, marketing strategy, team management, revenue targets, and operational performance.

The selected candidate must be capable of independently managing the organisation, solving operational challenges, leading the team,



and ensuring that business targets are consistently achieved.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness and Operations Management
- Manage the complete day-to-day operations of the EDWARTENS India training centre.
- Take full ownership of admissions, training delivery, placements, marketing, administration, and student support.
- Develop and execute strategies to improve admissions, revenue, placement performance, and overall business growth.
- Ensure smooth coordination between admissions, trainers, placement coordinators, marketing staff, and administrative teams.
- Identify operational challenges and take timely decisions without depending on continuous supervision.
- Establish efficient systems, processes, reporting structures, and operational standards.

Admissions and Revenue Management
- Lead the admissions team and ensure monthly enrolment and revenue targets are achieved.
