Role Description
The DevOps Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dehradun. This role oversees the design, implementation, and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth integration and delivery of software across environments. The DevOps Manager collaborates closely with software development and QA teams to automate testing,



streamline releases, and improve system reliability. Daily responsibilities include managing infrastructure provisioning, monitoring performance and availability, and enforcing security and compliance best practices. The role also involves mentoring team members, optimizing workflows, and contributing to strategic decisions around tooling, architecture, and process improvements.

Qualifications
- Strong background in Software Development and Integration, with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
- Hands-on experience with Continuous Integration and Test Automation, including designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Practical knowledge of Infrastructure management (cloud or on-premise), including provisioning, monitoring, and scaling.
- Experience with DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, or similar) and up-to-date version control practi
