About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on finance skilled to own day-to-day accounting, statutory compliance, bank funding coordination, and audit readiness for a multi-state EPC and pre-engineered building business. The role demands strong fundamentals in balance sheet finalisation, taxation, GST reconciliation, and lender/auditor coordination, along with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

*Financial Reporting & Balance Sheet*

• Prepare and finalise balance sheet, profit & loss, and cash flow statements as per applicable accounting standards.

• Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledger scrutiny, and monthly / quarterly closing.

• Prepare provisional and projected financials, MIS reports, and ratio analysis for management and lenders.





*Bank Funding & Liaison*

• Prepare CMA data, fund-flow statements, and documentation for term loans, OD / CC limits, bank guarantees, and working capital facilities.

• Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for loan applications, renewals, and compliance with sanction terms.

• Track utilisation, monitor banking ratios, and ensure timely submission of stock statements and lender reporting.

*GST & Taxation*

• Manage GST registrations across states and file monthly (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and annual returns.

• Perform GST reconciliation (2A / 2B vs books, ITC matching) and resolve mismatches.

• Handle TDS, advance tax, and coordinate on income tax filings and assessments.

*Audit & Compliance*

• Lead statutory, internal, and tax audits; coordinate with auditors and ensure timely closure.
