Job Summary

Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Senior UI Tech Lead specialized in React to spearhead our front-end development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a solid grasp of UI/UX design principles, modern JavaScript frameworks, and emerging AI integrations. You will lead the development of highly interactive, scalable, and innovative user interfaces, ensuring technical excellence and guiding a team of talented developers.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and development of React-based web applications

Architect and implement scalable UIs with a focus on performance and usability

Collaborate with design, backend, and product teams to deliver intuitive user experiences

Develop dynamic interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript

Manage state and data flow using Redux

Incorporate Generative AI tools to enhance UI capabilities and user engagement

Work with NextJS for server-side rendering, static site generation,



and optimized web performance — with hands-on experience in building and deploying NextJS applications

Ensure code quality through reviews, best practices, and automated testing

Mentor and lead development team members

Stay abreast of industry trends, especially related to AI and frontend innovations

Skill Requirements

Technical Skills & Experience:
Extensive frontend experience with React (v16+) and modern JavaScript

Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript

Hands-on experience with NextJS, including server-side rendering, static generation, and deployment

Knowledge of Redux for state management

Familiarity with Generative AI tools and their practical application in UI development

Experience in building scalable, maintainable, and high-performance web applications

Understanding of web performance optimization and SEO best practices

Experience with version control systems, preferably Git

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines an
