We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Printer Engineer to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair printers and multifunction devices. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with laser, inkjet, barcode, and network printers from leading brands such as HP, Canon, Epson, Brother, Ricoh, Kyocera, Xerox, Konica Minolta, or similar.

Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and commission printers and multifunction devices at customer locations.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related printer issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance and periodic servicing of printers.
- Replace defective components such as fusers, rollers, drums, print heads, and cartridges.




- Configure printers on LAN/Wi-Fi networks and resolve connectivity issues.
- Handle in office and remote technical support requests.
- Maintain service reports, installation records, and customer documentation.
- Coordinate with customers regarding service schedules and issue resolution.
- Ensure timely closure of service calls while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Follow company SOPs and safety guidelines during service visits.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
