Your work profile
- We are looking for a skilled professional with hands-on experience in Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) to design, configure, and integrate secure authentication solutions for customer-facing applications.
- Configure and implement CIAM solutions for web and mobile applications.
- Integrate applications using modern authentication and federation standards.
- Configure Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and customer identity journeys.
- Support application onboarding, identity integrations, and production deployments.
- Collaborate with application teams to troubleshoot authentication and access issues.
Key skills required:
- Hands-on experience with one or more CIAM platforms:
- 4+ Years of experience in IAM
- Ping Identity
- Okta / Auth0
- Microsoft Entra External ID
- Valuable understanding of:
- OAuth 2.0
- OpenID Connect (OIDC)
- SAML 2.0
- Single Sign-On (SSO)
- Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
- Experience integrating applications using REST APIs.
- Basic understanding of identity lifecycle and customer authentication flows
- Education: B.Tech/M.Tech/BCA/MCA or relevant degree
