Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, confident, and highly organized CRM & Distributor Relationship Manager who will serve as the primary point of contact for our distributors across India. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong decision-making abilities, and the confidence to professionally manage calls, resolve concerns, and coordinate with internal departments. This role also requires acting as the communication bridge between distributors and senior management.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls from distributors in a professional manner.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with distributors.
- Understand distributor queries and provide timely resolutions.
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Dispatch, Training, Compliance, and other departments to resolve issues.
- Screen and prioritize calls before escalating them to senior management.
- Act as the first level of communication for the CEO/Directors and ensure only important matters are escalated.
- Maintain complete CRM records, follow-ups, and communication history.




- Manage WhatsApp, emails, and other communication channels professionally.
- Handle complaints with patience, confidence, and diplomacy.
- Follow up on pending cases until they are completely resolved.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and distributor information.
- Support company events, trainings, and distributor meetings whenever required.
