Education Experience
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience as a process trainer in a BPO workplace, with a focus on PC insurance.
- Proven expertise in designing and delivering training programs for large PC insurance groups.

Job Responsibilities




- Design and develop comprehensive training programs for new hires and existing employees in the PC insurance process.
- Prepare training materials like outlines, handouts, manuals, guides, course materials presentations, and assessments to effectively deliver the required knowledge and skills.
- Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions to ensure trainees grasp the concepts of the PC insurance process.
- Assess trainees performance through various evaluation methods and provide constructive feedback and coaching to help individuals improve their skills and achieve performance targets.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, policies, and regulations related to PC insurance.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs by analyzing trainees performance metrics and feedback. Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary adjustments to enhance the training outcomes.
