Role Description
The HR Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Guwahati. The HR Manager will oversee end-to-end human resources operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations for dealership staff. Daily responsibilities include developing HR policies, maintaining compliance with labor laws, managing payroll and perks coordination, and supporting training initiatives aligned with the company’s coaching programs. The role also involves handling grievance resolution, fostering an inclusive workplace culture, conducting HR reporting, and partnering with leadership to align people strategies with business goals.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor law compliance, payroll processes, and benefits administration.
- Proficiency in HRIS or HR management tools,



documentation, and data-driven HR reporting.
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills to work effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to design and support training, coaching, and development initiatives for dealership teams.
- Proven capability in organizational planning, change management, and building a positive, inclusive work culture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) are an advantage.
- Prior experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably within automotive, retail, or service-oriented environments.
- Comfort working on-site in Guwahati and collaborating closely with cross-functional dealership teams.
