Overview

Were looking to onboard Associate Specialists for our Financial Shared Services team, ideally freshers who are enthusiastic, adaptable, and eager to get hands-on experience across all verticals within FSS domain.

In this role, you’ll be trained to support various finance operations, including billing, dispute resolution (corrections), cash application, collections, accounts payable and customer solutions. You'll collaborate with both internal teams and external customers/stakeholders to ensure smooth financial transactions and a seamless customer experience.

While prior experience isn’t mandatory, we’re looking for individuals with robust communication skills, a willingness to learn, and the flexibility to work across different process areas. Location: Pune

Timing: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM / 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM / 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (Final shift allocation will depend on the specific process you are part of.)

Weekly day off: Sat, Sun

What you’ll do on a typical day:

As part of the rotation across all functions within FSS, you'll be working on a variety of tasks including managing assigned queues, resolving billing issues, initiating correction requests, validating invoices, and ensuring all necessary details are captured for timely customer payments.

Ensure all requests are completed within the specified SLAs.

Gain a comprehensive understanding of the billing process and the various updates that impact corrections across different functions.

Collaborate with onshore teams to handle any ad-hoc requests that could affect revenue, gaining exposure to multiple processes within FSS.

Support dispute resolution and provide
