Experience: 10+ Years (Hospital/Healthcare experience preferred)

Qualification: CA/CA Inter/M.Com/MBA (Finance)/B.Com

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and statutory payments.
- Verify invoices against Purchase Orders (POs), Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs), contracts, and approval matrices before processing payments.
- Monitor vendor ageing reports and ensure payments are made as per agreed credit terms while maintaining healthy vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, MSME regulations, and other statutory requirements applicable to hospital operations.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Biomedical, Pharmacy, Engineering, and other departments to resolve invoice discrepancies and payment-related queries.
- Process payments through banking platforms and SAP/ERP systems while maintaining proper documentation and audit trails.
- Reconcile vendor accounts, investigate outstanding balances, and ensure timely resolution of unreconciled items.




- Prepare AP-related MIS reports, cash flow projections, payment schedules, and management dashboards.
- Support internal, statutory, GST, and tax audits by providing required documents and reconciliations.
- Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and SOP compliance to improve turnaround time (TAT) and payment accuracy.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor the Accounts Payable team, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Coordinate with procurement and finance teams to optimize working capital and strengthen financial controls.

Required Skills
- Robust knowledge of Accounts Payable, invoice processing, vendor reconciliation, and payment management.
- Hands-on experience with SAP/ERP and advanced MS Excel.
- Thorough understanding of GST, TDS, MSME compliance, and statutory payment processes.
- Knowledge of GRN verification, PO matching, and contract-based invoice validation.
