Your role

Job description/mission
- Capturing and helping the business in defining their business requirements
- Translate business requirements into functional requirements and into technical specifications (Jira stories)
- Document the functional design and contribute to keeping the high-level architecture up to date (Confluence)
- Adopt the Agile way of working being implemented within CT-IS
- Take initiatives and propose solutions, to work independently.
- SPOC for our implementation partner.
- Coordinate activities with different stakeholders in the organization
- Be aware of the changes in the system, test yourself and guide test sessions with the business stakeholders.

Beneficial would be:
- Knowledge on Sales
- Knowledge on typical satellite systems such as e.g. DAM, E-commerce, ERP, data tools and related integration
- Knowledge and understanding in IT architecture.
- Basic SQL experience
- Basic Postman experience
- Jira or other ticketing tool experience
- Testing experience
- Knowledge on the Atlas Copco product portfolio

To succeed, you will need





Experience Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience with Engineering and/or Sales Marketing, eCommerce processes
- Experience in Business Analytics
- Experience in working in a global setting.
- Experience in project management
- People management experience is a plus.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Cloud for Customer or any other CRM application is a plus.

Educational requirements
- Bachelors degree or minimum 6 years of on-the-job experience
- Overall understanding of end-to-end Business processes in Engineering, Marketing Sales/Service Companies
- Fluent in English verbally and written is a must, other languages will be a plus

Personality requirements
- Good communication skills, knowledge sharing
- The successful candidate is service-oriented, hands-on, result oriented and has a proactive attitude with inquisitive mindset
- Honesty and integrity are very important to become a respected
