Role Purpose
The Finishes Engineer is responsible for supervising and coordinating architectural finishing works to ensure high-quality execution in line with design intent, specifications, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise finishing works including flooring, wall finishes, ceilings, joinery, painting, and façade finishes.
- Review architectural drawings, specifications, and material submittals related to finishes.
- Coordinate with MEP and structural teams to ensure proper integration before finishing works.
- Monitor workmanship quality and ensure compliance with approved samples and mock-ups.
- Conduct inspections and snagging to ensure high-quality finishes.
- Coordinate with subcontractors to resolve site issues and maintain progress.
- Ensure finishing works are completed safely and within schedule.




- Support handover, as-built documentation, and close-out activities.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in finishing works for buildings or interior projects.
- Strong understanding of architectural details and finishing materials.
- Experience with quality control, snagging, and handover processes.
- Positive coordination and communication skills.
