Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 4 to 8 years of experience in Cloud Administration, Cloud Engineering, or Systems Engineering with a focus on cloud technologies.

Cloud Platform Expertise: Strong, hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider:

Azure: VM, Blob Storage, Azure SQL, Entra ID (Azure AD), VNet, IaaS, PaaS, .

Infrastructure as Code: Proven experience using Terraform (preferred), Azure ARM/Bicep templates.

Containers & Orchestration: Solid experience with Docker and container orchestration platform Kubernetes (EKS/AKS/GKE).

Scripting: Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python, Bash, or PowerShell).

Operating Systems: Strong administration skills in both Linux (Ubuntu/CentOS/RedHat) and/or Windows Server environments.

Monitoring Tools: Experience with cloud-native monitoring (AWS CloudWatch, Azure Monitor)



or third-party tools (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, Recent Relic).

Managing and support the Dev to Production primarily Azure cloud IaaS & PaaS and platform, to establish quality, performance, and availability of hosted services;

Assisting in Tier 2 and 3 triage, troubleshooting, remediation, and escalation of tickets tied to the product support function;

Must Have Qualifications:

Hands-on experience with Azure Web apps, App Insights, App Service Plan, App Gateway, API Management, Azure Monitor, KQL queries and other troubleshooting skills for all Azure PaaS & IaaS Services, good knowledge with AWS services
