We are looking for an experienced
Collections Product Manager
to lead the strategy, development, and enhancement of digital collections products. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in
retail lending and collections
, combined with expertise in product management and business analysis. You will collaborate with clients, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to build scalable collections solutions that improve operational efficiency and borrower experience.
Key Responsibilities
Product Management
- Own the product roadmap for collections modules and prioritize features based on business needs.
- Define product vision, roadmap, and release plans in collaboration with engineering and design teams.
- Convert business requirements into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Partner with QA to validate business logic before product releases.
Business Analysis & Client Engagement
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through workshops and stakeholder discussions.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), process flows, and functional documentation.
- Work closely with clients to understand operational challenges and recommend product enhancements.
- Manage product demonstrations, requirement clarification, and solution validation sessions.
Collections Domain
- Design and enhance products supporting the complete collections lifecycle.
