As a Business Growth Intern, you'll work directly alongside the Founder and gain first-hand exposure to building and scaling a startup from the ground up. This isn't a routine internship—it's an opportunity to contribute to real business decisions, solve meaningful challenges, and see your ideas come to life.
What You'll Do
- Work closely with the Founder on business growth initiatives.
- Identify and execute strategies to acquire students and tutors.
- Research new markets, partnerships, and expansion opportunities.
- Support business development and strategic outreach.
- Coordinate with marketing, product, and operations teams.
- Analyze campaign and growth performance to identify improvement opportunities.
- Assist in planning and executing current projects and launches.
- Gather customer insights and recommend product or process improvements.
- Contribute ideas that help scale the business efficiently.
Who We're Looking For
- Final-year students or recent graduates from any discipline.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
